We had kids running around the whole time who he was great with and taught them while he was working! He got it done super fast and took a lot of stress off my shoulders! I highly recommend

10/19/2025⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10/10 would absolutely call again (but hopefully won’t have to 😂). Local, family-owned, showed up on time, fixed the problem fast, and didn’t make me feel dumb for asking 47 questions about my own pipes. Pricing was fair, work was solid, and they left everything cleaner than they found it — which honestly feels like a bonus in 2026. If you want honest service without the weird upsell vibes, this is your crew. Support local, save your plumbing, protect your peace.

Get Sun City Service NowOriginal Sun City Homes
Many of the original homes built in Sun City are now reaching an age where critical plumbing updates are completely necessary. Traditional water heaters installed during the initial phases of development are beginning to fail and leak. We frequently assist residents with safely replacing these aging units with high-efficiency models. We also help update original, outdated plumbing fixtures to modern, leak-free standards. We know that inviting a contractor into your home requires trust. We take the time to listen to your specific needs and recommend the best, most affordable plumbing solutions to keep your home safe and comfortable for years to come.
Hard Water Protection
Georgetown and Sun City are notorious for having some of the hardest water in Central Texas. Without proper protection, this heavy mineral content creates destructive calcium buildup that will quickly ruin your dishwasher, washing machine, custom showerheads, and internal pipes. We help Sun City homeowners protect their investments by installing premium whole-home water softeners and filtration systems. A proper system not only saves you thousands in appliance replacements over the long run but also provides softer skin and cleaner dishes. Let us help you eliminate hard water stains for good.
Golf Course Properties
Homes situated near Sun City's beautiful golf courses often feature expansive landscapes, mature trees, and high-end outdoor living spaces. Unfortunately, aggressive tree roots frequently seek out the moisture in underground sewer lines, causing severe blockages, slow drains, and backups. Our team specializes in advanced camera inspections and professional rooter drain cleaning to safely clear root intrusions without unnecessarily tearing up your pristine lawn. We also repair complex gas lines for outdoor kitchens and fire features, ensuring your luxury outdoor living spaces remain safe and fully operational year-round.
Slab Leak Protection
The shifting Texas clay soil underneath Sun City can occasionally wreak havoc on underground pipes as homes settle over the decades. The intense ground movement puts immense pressure on plumbing, which can lead to hidden slab leaks or shifted sewer lines beneath your foundation. We utilize non-invasive, electronic leak detection to pinpoint exactly where the problem is without destroying your floors. If you notice a sudden, unexplained spike in your water bill, hear running water when nothing is turned on, or notice warm spots on your floor, our team can quickly diagnose and resolve the issue.

Why is a water softener essential for Sun City homes?
Sun City's water supply has high mineral content, known as hard water. Without a softener, these minerals create scale buildup, ruining appliances and pipes. Installing a system protects your plumbing investment and provides softer skin.
Do you offer 24/7 emergency plumbing?
Yes. Because we are locally based, we offer rapid 24/7 emergency services to Sun City, Georgetown, and surrounding areas. When you call after hours, a licensed technician is dispatched immediately to mitigate water damage and fix the issue.
What are the signs I need professional drain cleaning?
If you experience frequent clogs, slow-draining sinks, foul odors coming from your drains, or gurgling sounds in your pipes, it’s time to call a professional. Over-the-counter chemicals can damage pipes, but our professional drain cleaning safely removes the blockage at the source.
